2. Our web applications at domains such as https://app.bestever.ai and https://console.bestever.ai (collectively, the “Web App”), and
3. Any Application Programming Interfaces (API) or associated enterprise integrations we may provide.

Together, the Website, Web App, and any related software or services are referred to as the “Services.” By using or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Termination by Bestever: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or harmful activity.

1. AI & Automated Tools: Our Web App uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated methods to help you create or transform content, including text, images, videos, and audio.
